Chicory is a pretty blue daisy like flower. It’s a perennial herb that grows in many places across the globe. The Chicory root is the bit we use. It contains a unique 100% vege fibre called inulin. You may recognise it as the popular roasted ground coffee substitute that was first made popular in New Orleans. This inulin is extracted and used as a dietary fibre ingredient in your BREAKFAST bar 😊
